Hughes card has at least three variations The 1936 Player’s Cigarettes tennis card set is an international issue distributed by John Player & Sons, which was a branch of the Imperial Tobacco Company. These cards from the UK are not terribly rare but are not as easily found in the U.S. Player & Sons produced numerous sets for distribution
