Franz Huld College Girls Postcards Overview

These postcards featured various college girls. Some were depicted as athletes and others were non-sports subjects.

The postcards include at least one major sport subject – a girl with a football representing Yale. Golf and cycling are also sports featured in the set. The postcards were published by Frank Hulz in New York but printed in Germany.

The backs were to be used solely for writing the recipient’s address and did not have a divider line so these will sometimes be found with messages written on the fronts of them.
