1929 Peoples Baking Overview
The 1929 Peoples Baking set included a total of 24 cards and only Cal and Stanford college football players.
These blue-toned cards are somewhat crude and can be found with or without an attached coupon. The coupons were removed by holders and cards with the coupons still attached sell for a premium.
The cards featured various unnamed players for each team with positions printed on them. In addition to the players, each team also had cheerleader cards as well.
Cards are rare and difficult to find. Because of that, they are often quite pricey.
The checklist includes 12 different players for both Stanford and Cal (including the cheerleader card for each side).
