1911 Gilmartin Printing San Francisco Seals Overview
This rare set of photos was produced to feature members of the minor league San Francisco Seals.
The pictures are approximately 5″ wide by 7″ tall and extremely rare. A player’s picture is on the front with a replica signature and his position inscribed. The photos have a large white border with the ‘Gilmartin Company, Printers’ name appearing in the bottom border of some.
To date, only a few photos have been found. The known checklist, according to the Standard Catalog, includes only seven photos.
