1913 Philadelphia Evening Times Supplements Overview
The 1913 Philadelphia Evening Times set featured mostly New York Giants and Philadelphia Athletics. For that reason, there is speculation that these were distributed during the World Series, as those were the two teams playing in it that year. That season, the Athletics easily defeated the Giants, four games to one.
Images are black and white and approximately 8″ x 10″ in size. In addition to the player’s picture, the only other thing on the front was the player’s name in a small box. Backs of the supplements are entirely blank.
