Anson’s Want List

002

Greetings!

5-copy-3

Thank you for checking out my OBC want list. Excuse the ‘mess’ around my page as I’m hosting it on my website, http://www.prewarcards.com.

I am primarily a collector of pre-war cards and earlier vintage issues. Below are cards on my current want list. I consider myself mostly a pre-war/vintage set collector but also a type collector of pre-war cards.

In addition to the sets below, I am always looking for absolutely any pre-war card. Got a spare Goudey wide pen? A beat up T201? Strip cards, Exhibits postcards, etc. Would love to have them. Aside from the T205 or T206 sets I’ve completed or the T207 set I’m working on now, chances are I need it.

In addition to my pre-war stuff, I have just started working on a run of all of the Bowman sets as well as a few other random Topps sets. Some of these sets are issues I collected in the past and would love to start assembling again. For that reason, I have very few of these and as you can see, I can use mostly any cards from those sets and would put them to good use in completing a set.

Please feel free to reach out to me through the OBC site with any questions about my want list or just to chat about pre-war cards.

Finally, I’m always up for a good trade if you have pre-war stuff available in exchange for some pre-war stuff. I temper that by saying I don’t usually have many duplicates, so trades are often difficult for me. But I am always willing to part with duplicates that I come across if I happen to have any at the time. Right now, for example, I’ve got about 20 low-grade T205 commons and some advertising/trade card dupes – that’s really it. But in the case for T207 cards I need, I will also always consider moving some of my other stuff in partial sets I have, such as E90s or E91s.

Thanks for stopping by and even if you can’t hit stuff on my want list right now, drop me a line via the OBC site just to say hello.
