1910 Tennis Romance Poem Postcards Set Overview
These postcards were one of many that linked romance together with the sport of tennis. Many postcards in the pre-war era combined those two topics.
This specific set was a little different from most in that it includes a brief poem and, in some cases, a short title. Cards featured the poem at the bottom of the postcards and a black and white image of a couple at the top. In addition to the poem, they are easily recognizable for their decorative border that looks like a picture frame.
While I have personally identified only those two postcards in this series, more may exist.
