Diamantine Rud. Starcke Hockey Trade Card Overview
These trade cards were produced by a German company, Diamantine. Unlike some of their other trade cards, this one is not numbered and not believed to be part of a set.
This card has a white border with a colorful lithograph presented on the fronts. The back includes a blue-ink ad for Diamantine and gives a biography on the sport of hockey. The hockey card in particular features a game between two unnamed teams.
Unlike other Diamantine hockey issues, the sport is referred to as ‘hockey’ here. On other issues, it is called Eishockey.
Diamantine produced numerous trade cards. Another set was a multi-sport issue that also included a hockey card.
