1933 R341 Sport Packs Overview

These cards were printed on packages of candy products and they are hand cut. Measuring 2″ wide by 3 1/2″ tall, they include generic pictures of athletes utilizing only two-color printing.

Cards are printed on cardboard and have the word ‘Sport’ at the top and ‘Packs’ at the bottom.

Not much is known about this issue. It is catalogued as R341 by Jefferson Burdick in his American Card Catalog. However the name of the producer isn’t supplied. Burdick doesn’t give much information on the sets in general, only referencing a ‘pkge,’ identifying it was an issue printed on packages.
