1932 Denby Cigars Chicago Bears Photo Premium Overview
This unique premium was offered by Denby Cigars and is one of the few pre-war tobacco football issues out there.
The photo is a 6″ x 9″ issue and features the Chicago Bears football team. Many notable personalities are included, but the biggest ones are Red Grange, Bronko Nagurski, and legendary coach George Halas.
The item includes a team photo of the players and coaches, as well as the team name and the caption, ‘World’s Champions 1932’ at the bottom. The back of the photo, like most, was not blank. Instead, it included a writeup on the emerging sport of professional football.
