This is a trade card featuring a shirt brand.
The card served as an advertisement for Noxall Shirts. Pictured is a cartoon baseball scene with a red-uniformed batter hitting a long fly ball to an opposing team wearing blue uniforms. The ball is sailing to the outfield with defenders having their hands up hoping to make a catch.
