New York Biscuit Company Brownies Have Arrived Trade Card Overview
This is a trade card that was used to promote a new toy.
The card serves as an advertisement for the New York Biscuit Company, who was producing a series of brownies (miniature people) toys.
Details on the toys are sparse but the series called ‘Dainty Little Biscuits’ was to feature many different brownies figures. The front of the card shows a total of 38 figures and, according to Frank Keetz in his Baseball Advertising Trade cards book, four of them depict baseball players.
