The Certified’s Ice Cream pins are a small issue that was sold at Wrigley Field, as indicated on the fronts. They feature small black and white images of players with their last names printed below their portrait. The backs are entirely blank.
The set of Chicago Cubs players is rare and only five different pins are known to exist currently.
The exact date has not been confirmed but the earliest the set could have been printed is 1929. Hall of Famer Rogers Hornsby, for example, did not join the Cubs until the 1929 season.
