1936 Champion Postcards Overview
The 1936 Champion Postcards are often called a ‘sister’ or ‘accompanying’ set of the 1936 Triumph Postcards, which were printed by the Triumph Newspaper. The Champion Postcards were printed as an insert into Boys Magazine and Champion Magazine – Great Britain publications.
Like the Triumph set, the fronts of the Champion Postcards include black and white pictures of players with their name and team. Backs have the standard postcard printing to allow a collector to send one to a recipient.
At only 10 postcards the set is a small one.
